Work with Coach Brian In-Person, in a small group of up to 6 players, through 1 session on a weekly basis + full weekly player development guidance!
(from Brian) These sessions will be focused on improving your speed, agility, and a range of key technical abilities with the ball. While this is in a small group setting, you will receive personal attention to your techniques and have access to receive further personal guidance through connection with me on the Sheer Training App, along with the following training resources:​

Weekly physical development program, focused on strength & flexibility for soccer, offered through our app that you can follow to boost your athletic progress!

Access to Ball Mastery Sessions in your programs tab that you can work through for further skill development anytime!

Nutritional resources for soccer players covering shopping list ideas, how to enjoy balanced macronutrient meals, and nutritional guidance surrounding training and matches!
Spots are limited to a max of 6 players and only offered seasonally. In the case of poor weather or temperatures below 40℉ I may decide to skip that week and push our 4-week training block back one week.

In-Person Sessions with Me at Brandywine Park in Greenfield

Sessions are 1hr long on a weekly routine

There are NO reschedules in each 4-week period (unless I need to skip a week, in which case I will adjust to make sure I offer 4 available sessions each pay period.)

If the player is unable to make a session, I will provide session details through the Sheer Training App for the player to complete the session on his/her own time if desired.

Work with Coach Brian In-Person and Online (aka Hybrid) on a weekly basis.
(from Brian) Along with your personal customization, we will work through sessions in-person at my private training gym. This will give us the opportunity to check in weekly, assess your movement techniques in real time, talk through ideas, and utilize all the training equipment you could ever need. This is a great option if you've had no experience with resistance training and would like more in-depth coaching, or would like to work with me in-person in the gym setting.
